FAQuterie
How do I schedule a consultation? You can reach out to us by telephone, email, social media or by filling out our contact form; we’ll connect with you within twenty four hours.
When is payment due? A 50% retainer fee is required to secure your date. Balance is due 10 days prior to the event. We accept credit cards, checks and cash, however, balance must be paid by credit card or cash.
What is your cancellation policy? The retainer fee is non-refundable, however, if you cancel at least ten days in advance we will credit the retainer amount paid to a future event or order, minus a $60 rescheduling fee. If the balance has been paid in full and the event is cancelled at least ten days prior, we will credit the total amount paid to a future order or event, minus rescheduling fee as stated. If you are cancelling the event ten days prior and will be unable to reschedule, we will refund all monies paid minus the retainer amount. We understand that life moves fast and plans change so let’s discuss options as we aim for fairness.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions? Absolutely! We have many off menu items to assure that your guests with food allergies and sensitivities will have no concern. Please note that items are prepared in a commercial kitchen where these allergens may exist. We can also accommodate specific food preferences such as vegetarian, and veganism. Ask to see our additional menu!
What if my favorite foods aren’t on your menu? Let's talk! We're always looking for new and interesting food options to keep our menu fresh and exciting. We're happy to completely customize your Cuterie experience.
Can I book the cart for something other than charcuterie? You sure can! If charcuterie isn’t your thing, you can rent the cart for just about anything. Imagine your next event with a taco or nacho bar. Or how about a candy, cake or cannoli bar. Maybe even a hot cocoa bar or the up and coming favorite, a mashed potato bar. The Cuterie cart options are endless!
